REGISTRATION

Participation in the conference is free but registration is compulsory. 

Coffee breaks and lunches will be offered by the organizers, but no scholarships are available for travel and accommodation expenses.

A conference dinner will be held at Ristorante Mirasole International on Friday, April 21, 2023, and is not included in the registration. Tickets for the conference dinner are priced at 50 euros per person and can be booked by April 18, 2023, by clicking here.

SUBMISSION

There will be three kinds of presentations: the long talk (about 30 minutes), the short talk (about 15 minutes), and the poster session. 

Submitted extended abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee. Those accepted as long talks will be assigned to a discussant, and the latest full version of the paper must be received by the organizers no later than March 15th, 2023. 

The submission must be done through ConfTool by clicking here. Notice that you have first to create and log into your ConfTool account, then you can submit your contribution.
